Rebbel Mountain provides information and online services regarding business and organization developments for founders, CEOs, entrepreneurs and start-up companies. These Terms apply for each visitor to Rebbel Mountain’s website and for members that subscribe for/or uses Rebbel Mountain’s Website and online services.

- Material that may infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party;
- Unsolicited advertising or links to other commercial sites; or
- Viruses, corrupted data or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files.
By posting, distributing, sending or displaying any comment, message, data, information, text, music, sound, photos, graphics, or other content (the “User Generated Content”) to the Website you grant to us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free and perpetual license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your user content in any existing or future media. You also grant to us the right to sub-license these rights, and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights.
Rebbel Mountain takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Generated Content posted, stored or uploaded by you or any third party, or for any loss or damage thereto, nor is Rebbel Mountain liable for any mistakes, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity or profanity you may encounter. As a provider of the Interactive Areas, Rebbel Mountain is not liable for any statements, representations or User Generated Content provided by its users on this Website. Rebbel Mountain reserves the right, and has sole discretion, to remove without notice any User Generated Content posted or stored on the Website, although Rebbel Mountain has no obligation to screen, edit or monitor any of the User Generated Content posted to or distributed through any Interactive Area.
3. Membership Subscription
3.1 Membership levels
There are three membership levels:
- A little membership
- Some more membership
- A lot membership
Rebbel Mountain also offers our service Tailored. Upon request, we will help you to identify a qualified consultant (“Mountain Guide”) for your special needs. In order to get access to Tailored, you need to sign up for one of the membership plans.
A little membership
This offers access to locked, paid-for content, which requires registration of the user details and paying of the relevant membership fee as further detailed in Section 3.2 hereof. You will get access to Self-assessment, Monthly letter, Blog, Dashboard, and Access to 2 Blocks per month.
Some more membership
This offers access to locked, paid-for content, which requires registration of the user details and paying of the relevant membership fee as further detailed in Section 3.2 hereof. You will get access to Self-assessment, Monthly letter, Blog, Dashboard, Access to 5 Blocks per month, Forum, and Scheduled MG-chats.
A lot membership
This offers access to locked, paid-for content, which requires registration of the user details and paying of the relevant membership fee as further detailed in Section 3.2 hereof. You will get access to Self-assessment, Monthly letter, Blog, Dashboard, Access to all Blocks, Forum, and Scheduled MG-chats.
General in respect of membership
Rebbel Mountain reserves the right to add, cancel, remove, change or otherwise modify the content and the services offered in the memberships. If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on the Website or by sending you an email before the changes take effect.
These following terms and conditions apply to subscribers of Rebbel Mountains membership services. By becoming a subscriber to A little membership, Some more membership or A lot membership, you agree to these terms and conditions.
You subscribe to the membership of Rebbel Mountain by ordering through a form on the Website. Directly after your order has been completed, a confirmation is sent to your specified e-mail address. A little membership, Some more membership, and A lot membership are personal and may not be transferred, reassigned or used by anyone else. Login information is personal and may not be disclosed to another person. If you suspect that someone may have gained access to your details, please contact us without delay.
Rebbel Mountain tracks and reviews account activity for content use for Free Membership, A little membership, Some more membership and A lot membership to determine the level of usage, by monitoring the IP addresses accessed from and the number of individual devices accessing the Website and materials through a single login. If we find that the number of devices exceeds 5 during a month, we will immediately disable your user ID and password and notify you that this has been done, and offer you the ability to upgrade and pay for a suitable license to cover your usage. We reserve the right to cancel your account without refund in our sole discretion in the case of suspected account sharing.
The fee for A little membership, Some more membership, and A lot membership, respectively, is presented in the form through which the membership is ordered. Rebbel Mountain reserves the right to amend the fee at any time. Such price amendments occur on the Website and via e-mail to members no later than one month before the amendment takes effect.
All fees shown are excluding of value-added tax.
3.3 Subscription period and contract term and termination
Rebbel Mountain’s A little membership, Some more membership and A lot membership are structured as a subscription service with a subscription period of one calendar month with automatic monthly renewal, where the first month will consist of the number of days remaining in that month. The membership starts as soon as it is ordered. On the final day of the one month period following the order, the membership is automatically extended by one calendar month, unless terminated as set out below. The membership will thereafter be extended continuously until further notice. You are entitled at any time, without reason, to terminate your membership without notice. Members may cancel their subscription online or by clicking here. Membership fees are not refunded, the membership continues for the period covered by the paid fee. The membership will expire at the end of the aforementioned period. Rebbel Mountain has the right to terminate your membership with one month’s prior notice. In special cases listed in these Terms, Rebbel Mountain has the right to immediately suspend a membership.
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Any upgrade goes into effect immediately and replaces the previous subscription. Any downgrade goes into effect at the end of the current calendar month subscription period.
Payment for A little membership, Some more membership, and A lot membership shall be made by credit card. When paying by card, the fee is charged at the time of ordering and at each renewal. In the event of non-payment, your membership will be suspended immediately. Once the debt is settled, the service will be re-activated. Non- payment is not considered to be valid termination of the service.
4. Breach of the general terms and conditions
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Rebbel Mountain, its directors, officers, agents, employees, licensors and shareholders from and against any and all claims, charges, complaints, damages, losses liabilities, costs and expenses (including without limitation attorney’s fees and costs) arising from or relating in any way to your use of the Website.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Website, and of the material published on it. All copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights are held by Rebbel Mountain. As a user, you acquire no right to these intellectual property rights.
Rebbel Mountain and its content providers are not responsible for any of the content presented on the Website or through A little membership, Some more membership and A lot membership or any other service or content, directly or indirectly, which may lead to damage or loss to the user or any other person who has partaken in the content. Rebbel Mountain shall not be liable in relation to the user or to third parties for direct or indirect damages, lost profits or revenues or other damage caused by the contents, in any way, being erroneous, incorrectly displayed or presented incorrectly or entirely absent due to errors on the part of Rebbel Mountain or any of its content providers, or due to other reasons. This includes all cases in which information may be delayed, is incorrectly displayed, has false values or is entirely absent, and cases in which problems may lead to disruptions, or to Rebbel Mountain’s Website ceasing to function temporarily or for longer periods, whether due to technical or other reasons. Neither Rebbel Mountain and its content providers are responsible for how you choose to use the information presented on the Website. Your access and use of the service is entirely of your own accord. Rebbel Mountain is not responsible in any way whatsoever for how information provided through Rebbel Mountain is used or interpreted.

Lag om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler). The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you subscribed to the membership. We may revise these Terms from time-to-time. Revised Terms will apply to the use of our Website from the date of the publication of the revised Terms on our Website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
We may transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with our rights and/or obligations under these Terms. You may not transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
If a provision of these Terms is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

These Terms are for the benefit of you and us, and are not intended to benefit any third party or be enforceable by any third party. The exercise of our and your rights in relation to these Terms is not subject to the consent of any third party.

These Terms and the content of this Website are governed by the laws of Sweden whose courts, with Stockholm District Court as first instance, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters arising out of or in connection with these Terms and the content of the Website.
